3 Weeks F&B Course working the first week was very interesting and different to anything i am use to the first two days we cleaned the restaurant and the third day i watered a table for the first time in my 21 years on this Earth. Not use to it i did not take to it very much and also didn't like it. The fourth day i had guest who was very difficult and i tried my best to serve them as good as possible, after they had their food and paid the bill i got my first big tip and was very happy about it. Every guest that came i wanted to help because i was receiving money and not even working that hard for it.
The First Weekend i worked.! Now this was a big challenge taking three tables orders and helping them i was running around like crazy. My First weekend working i made R 700 Tips.
The F&B Course was very interesting and i learned allot of new things.
